Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to plan a technical-scientific project, to survey and discuss the state of the art, to develop and implement proposed solutions and to validate them by means of simulation or experiment. In the course of the project in Smart Grids, students acquire in-depth knowledge in the field of the chosen research topic and are able to write a report according to scientific principles.

Teaching methods

Project work, this includes: project specification, requirements catalog, functional specification, elaboration (realization with hardware or software, programming or extension of functionalities for the Smart Grid).

The work can be carried out after coordination with the supervisor (also during vacations). There are regular meetings with the supervisor.
