....the pressures of today s working world are such that working together with others in a collaborative effort has become a must, whether it means being part of a project team, leading a team, presenting results or negotiating terms and contracts with competitors, business partners and colleagues.

Aim of this lecture is to focus on this soft skills behaviour and to develop systematic approaches to be successful in the future.

The summer semester 2022 will be held in presence again. However, due to the infection process, it may be necessary to adjust the format of the event and switch back to online. We will inform you in time.

Basically remains the same in the online format as in the face-to-face format
