Subject of course

Advanced aspects of the fundamental basics of chemistry required to understand Processes of Micro- and Nanoengineering

This lecture will provide a deeper knowledge of chemistry (classes of compounds, stoichiometric composition, acids / bases, Redox reactions, thermodynamics, kinetics, functionality organic groups, nomenclature of organic compounds)  and will apply this knowledge on  examples from the field of micro- and nanostructuring (lithograph, solvent cleaning, duration of reactions, mixing ratios of 2 reactants).

Lecture lecture, interactive development of problem cases, computational exercises, practical laboratory

This lecture is held in the winter term as block lecture in October.

The lecture will be held on 10-12 afternoon dates in October 2023. The exact dates will be determined with the students in the first lecture unit.
