Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to solve a complex problem regarding computational electronics by researching various publications, documenting the gained knowledge in a short thesis and presenting the work in a short oral presentation. 

Subject of course

Current challenges and an overview of the current state-of-the-art in computational electronics are being conveyed.

This seminar is primarily tailored to master's students. In principal, experience in at least one of the following topics is required: scientific/parallel computing, advanced/sophisticated programming techniques in relevant programming languages (C/C++, Python, Julia etc.), high performance computing, modeling and simulation of electronic devices and processes.
