The course deals with innovation processes on the enterprise level, innovation strategies, diffusion of innovation, critical factors for successful innovations and innovation management. The aim of the course is to establish a basic understanding of innovation management. Based on lectures of theoretical approaches and case studies students learn the instruments of innovation management. This knowledge is applied and depend in individual and group exercises.

Covid 19 - Winter term 2020/21:

• Lectures will be provided via distant learning - slides + audio via TUWEL
• Questions and exercises will be discussed in zoom meetings - links and dates via TUWEL (usually Monay 10-12 every second or thrid week)
• Mandatory course discussion on Monday, Oct 5th 10-12 via zoom - link via TUWEL
