Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the course, students are able to:
conceptualize management control systems via MGT activity diagrams
use ontological and linguistic meta-modeling techniques for conceptual modeling
model maturity assessment and monitoring systems in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) context and to understand their IT implementation
model accounting and management control systems in the OntoUML-langauge
apply meta-modeling techniques for establishing a domain specific language (DSL) in the Plan-Do-Check-Act management context
use predictive analytics methods for sales forecasting in the software package R
model and develop a flexible Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) budgeting tool in R
model and develop a cybernetic budget management tool in R
