• Overview with focus on the SCM core processes planning, procurement, production, delivery and return

In the course of a three-day block event, the course contents will be presented and discussed with you on the basis of practical case studies.

Within the framework of a written examination, the contents of the course are tested and graded with a mix of multiple-choice questions and open comprehension questions.
