Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to familiarize themselves with subject-specific topics so that they gain a deep knowledge and are able to lay out the results in a scientific paper.

Subject of course

Topics include energy efficiency, exhaust emissions, thermodynamics and acoustic properties of vehicle drives and motor vehicles. Theme catalogs are offered and can be provided via e-mail.

Teaching methods

Assignment of a topic in the field of automotive technology. Issue of the guidelines for the written work. Regular exchange about the progress and about the occurrence of problems or ambiguities. Execution of correction or optimization loops.
