 convey the theory and basic knowledge of personnel training for the audit plan by meeting the requirements of the international standards for quality, environment and energy (ISO 19011:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 :2015, ISO 50001:2018).

This course covers tutorials and facilitated activities in:

• background to management systems in modern business and industry with challenges such as prevention of pollution, sustainability, increased demand of quality & service, volatile energy prices,
• requirements and content of the international standards to ensure compliance with the management system,
• basic assessment and audit concepts and personnel education for an approach of continuous improvement.
• Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001, ISO 14000 - The requirements of ISO 9001 are general. ISO 9001 is aimed at companies of all sizes - from the smallest to global corporations and industries of all kinds.
• This also ensures that the organization is constantly working to improve customer satisfaction. This includes a consistent process orientation, the further development of the processes through the use of the plan-do-check-act model (PDCA cycle) as well as the ongoing consideration of risks and opportunities.
