After successful completion of the course, students are able to implement the knowledge acquired in courses as part of a materials science assignment. They are able to record and implement a materials science task (for exampledetermination of material parameters).

Experimental works integrated in actual research projects

Practical work on a materials science task; Material characterization by means of metallography; mechanical characterization on testing machines;

working package of 4 weeks at the laboratories of the institute; date upon agreement with lecturer; SS as well as WS
