1) to succeed in their PhD thesis according to the respective requirements of the subject 

2) to discuss their research findings in a scientific way and to follow the ethical code of conduct

The PhD students will receive feedback from their respective supervisor´s according to the progress of the thesis within discussion rounds based on their results and project goals.
