• Fluid properties and specifics
• Model laws and key figures
• Hydraulic design of the individual turbine and pump types
• Energy turnover and efficiencies
• Design of hydraulic fluid flow machines
• Cavitation, operating behaviour and control of turbines and pumps
• Introduction and deepening of transient processes in hydraulic fluid flow machines and plants
• Revitalization and modernization of old plants

Examples in writing, theory orally

The oral exam will take place approx. one week after the written exam. The specific date will be set after the written exam.
