After successful completion of the course, students are able to master basic concepts of real estate economics. They know about key theoretical concepts (real estate, real estate economics, land), the specificities of real estate and land from an economic perspective, economic methods to assess real estate projects, justifications for public intervention in housing markets, and the role of housing and real estate in the macroeconomy.
