Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to rely on a profound orientation in the field of the law of IT contracts and can discuss relevant topics as well as make use of solid knowledge in this legal field.

Presentation of types of contracts referring to information technology (i. e. hardware, software) as well as other relevant aspects of law of contracts.
