• explain land use decision in agrarian, industrial and service sector
• discuss importance of land rent, costs of transportation, accessability and of agglomeration effects
• describe the role of planning in terms of locational factors and quality of locations
• identfy, evaluate the importance and impact of technological progress land use structure 
• describe models of urban structure and selected driving forces of urban development 
• explain the influence of infrastructure/accessibility and land use regulations on sociospatial structures
• discuss the basic components of regional development: mobility, demographic development
• evaluate relevance of spatial planning for selected questions

Für den Zugang zum Hörsaal gilt die Regel, dass die Gruppen A in geraden Wochen und die Gruppe B in ungeraden Wochen anwesend sein darf. Alle übrigen können der Lehrveranstaltung im Distance Learning Modus (Gruppe C) teilnehmen. Die Gruppen A und B werden aus den Studienbeginner*innen gebildet.

written examen with 2 parts: multiple-choice; open answers

1. Teil multiple-choice-Fragen zum Ankreuzen der richtigen Antworten;

2. Teil: 3 Themenbereiche mit offenen Fragen zur eigenen schriftlichen Beantwortung

Der Leistungsnachweis erfolgt in Form einer schriftlichen Prüfung, die im Online-Modus (im TUWEL) stattfinden wird.  

Zur Qualitätssicherung, Verhinderung der Nutzung von unerlaubten Hilfsmitteln und zur Sicherstellung der Eigenständigkeit der Leistung der Studierenden können auch folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt werden:

1. Einsatz von Programmen zur Identifkation von Plagiaten oder Textähnlichkeiten 
2. mündliches Nachfragen zur Prüfung zur Plausibilisierung von Antworten

Studierende benötigen zwei Endgeräten mit Kamera (bspw. Laptop und Smartphone), um die Prüfung absolvieren zu können.
