After successful completion of the course, students are able to effectively use legal information tools online, they have a solid orientation in the field of constitutional and administrative law and are able to provide a basic legal assessment. Students are familiar with various sources of law and are able to deal with jurisprudential texts.
Practical exercises with reference to the lecture constitutional and administrative law with a focus on planning, construction and environmental law and under examination of various legal sources (legal texts, regulations, administrative decisions, court rulings).
Legal research online. Examination of various legal sources (legal texts, regulations, administrative decisions, court rulings) and jurisprudential texts, with a focus on planning, construction and environmental law. Practice of legal classification and solving of issues in face-to-face meetings and blended learning course (TUWEL) with online assignments.
Active participation in the course (60%): oral discussions, group work and presentations & written exam (40%)
