Combined with Entwerfen Design for Assembly Disassembly the course applies innovative techniques of structural design thinking, computational design, and fabrication.
Along the course in combination with Entwerfen Design for Assembly Disassembly the students will be familiarized with the methods below:

With a focus on design for assembly and disassembly, this course focuses on the development of discrete, repetitive component-based joining systems. Through exploration of robotic fabrication processes, structural simulation strategies, and parametric design methodologies, the students will challenge innovative approaches to design and fabrication. The course is combined with the Entwerfen Design for Assembly Disassembly, which will provide the base technical knowledge to execute the design brief.
Additionally, we are offering an excursion to Barcelona which will also be very informative for the course. It is not obligatory to join the excursion but we recommend joining.
The module can/should only be taken in combination with the Entwerfen Design for Asssembly Dissassembly!
A laptop with a windows operating system is a must! We teach you everything else.
