After successful completion of the course, students are able to create and apply the organizational tools for the handling (planning and construction) of complex architectural projects in a virtual project space.

Deepening of the courses of the module 253. J27 Module Planning and Construction Management: Terms and definitions: systems engineering, systemic management, quality management systems, process modells, process benchmarking. Project organisation: draft, planning, building and management of complex architectural projects: description of the processes and communication modes for working with a virtual project room. Systemic management: Compilation of a project manual for the data and information management in a virtual project room: process organigram, specifications and communication of the project team (client, users, consultants, project management, facility management, planners, local site supervision, building contractors,...), project modifications, documentation.
