After successful completion of the course, students are able to discuss and reflect various positions and approaches in the debates and discourses on housing and residential living. The course invites participate to actively take part in these debates.
Under the title Wohngespräche (Housing Talks/ Conversations about Living) historical, present and future aspects of housing and urban coexistence are discussed in public talks with changing guests. The spectrum of topics is broad - ranging from architectural proposals, alternative approaches to urban production, theoretical engagement with the built environment to artistic perspectives. After a short introduction, the guest will present her/his position on the topic, which will be examined in the subsequent discussion.

Attendance, Participation and Written Work
For succsessful completion, participats write a text reflecting of 10-15.000 characters on a specific topic that will be announced once all events have taken place. the text will require reflection of the talks as well as own research. the text needs to be uploaded via TUWEL.
procedure: register for an exam via TISS on the day of the exam, registered will receive an email with a question/topicupload of the worked out essay on TUWEL within 7 days (lenght: ca. 10.000 char.)
