After successful completion of the course, students are able to

• to critically reflect on the change of (educational) infrastructures and to identify the tasks of architecture and spatial planning in this context;
• to understand the socio-political and everyday relevance of knowledge cultures and learning processes in the context of Education for Sustainable Development;
• to recognize the opening of knowledge as a democratic political challenge and opportunity;
• to develop an independent inter- and transdisciplinary approach to architecture and spatial planning in the knowledge triangle of education, research and innovation.

Teaching the basics of educational landscapes and related perspectives of Science and Technology Studies in architecture and spatial planning: international discourse, socio-political and conceptual contexts, inter- and transdisciplinary, science-theoretical approaches in architecture & spatial planning in the knowledge triangle of education, research and innovation with a focus on social innovations.

Das Modul “Bildungslandschaften" ist ein studienrichtungsübergreifendes Lehrangebot des fakultätsweiten Forschungsteams “Arbeitsraum Bildung”. Es richtet sich gleichermaßen an Architektur- und Raumplanungsstudierende sowie Interessierte weiterer Studienrichtungen (Raumplanungsstudierende können das Modul "Bildungslandschaften" als eines von zwei verpflichtenden Wahlmodulen in ihrem Masterstudium absolvieren - bei Fragen diesbezüglich stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung).
