After successful completion of the course, students are able to prepare and deliver a project developer calculation and, depending on the usage type, to determine the feasibility of a real estate project.

Written exam including one or more calculation examples.

Participation requires timely registration in TISS. Students who do not meet the deadline cannot take the exam. A deregistration is possible until 2 working days before the examination date. Students who do not appear in the examination without prior deregistration are excluded from the registration for this examination for 8 weeks according to § 18a of the regulations under the study law (Newsletter 2014, 3rd edition, No. 22)
