Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand constructive and material-technical principles from architectural and engineering disciplines and to evaluate and adapt them according to their own design process.

Subject of course

Knowledge transfer of emerging materials and construction methods; amongst others from the fields of aerospace, automobile, and shipping industries. Latest developments and research in material science and design/construction science.

Lectures and discussions. Lectures are in German or English.
