After successful completion of the course, students are able to implement the special requirements for a theoretical diploma thesis at the Institute of History of Art, Building Archaeology and Restoration. 

Separately arranged discussions of themes and methodical approach according to the progress of the individual diploma paper.

Discussions on the research question of the corresponding diploma thesis, on the structure and methodology of the thesis, the degree of detail of certain sections and the possibilities of access to already existing research results. 

The students present the partial results of their diploma thesis.
