After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the relationships in real estate project development and to use practical examples to independently determine the feasibility of projects.
The students will carry out a project development on real properties with the following content: > Usage concepts > Location and market analyzes > Profitability analysis > Simple project developer calculatio
Written exam including one or more calculation examples.
Please note - this course can only be completed in addition to course Project Development 234.162! Registration takes place by participating in the course Project Development 234.162!
Participation requires timely registration in TISS. Students who do not meet the deadline cannot take the exam. A deregistration is possible until 2 working days before the examination date. Students who do not appear in the examination without prior deregistration are excluded from the registration for this examination for 8 weeks according to § 18a of the regulations under the study law (Newsletter 2014, 3rd edition, No. 22)
