The methods for achieving the learning outcomes are:

Es handelt sich um eine LVA für fortgeschrittene Studierende. Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Kalkulation (Kollektivverträge) und des Arbeitsrechts aus den Bachelor Fächern VO Bauwirtschaft und Bauprojektmanagement (LVA Nr. 234.011 bzw. 234.994) und VO Kosten und Terminplanung (LVA Nr. 234.012) werden jedenfalls vorausgesetzt.

Vertiefte Kenntnisse aus dem Master Fach VU Kalkulation und Kostenrechnung (LVA Nr. 234.159) sind von Vorteil.
