After successful completion of the course, students are able to:
- apply project management tools - project organization, scheduling, cost control
- explain the basics of the construction process and to conclude economically sensible decisions
- determine the critical points in the execution of the construction projects and to derive from this the steps which are necessary to cushion errors early enough
- develop a project manual and allocate the correct roles to all project participants
- describe the individual responsibilities of the project participants
Introduction to project management, control and organization of construction projects.
The problem areas dealt with range from determining the basics for a construction project to project organization and responsibilities, right through to cost control and scheduling.
The knowledge is conveyed in lectures and developed in groups based on a fictional project.
Attendance at this seminar is mandatory! The control takes place at the beginning and at the end of a lecture block! (-> max. 8 signatures possible for the entire seminar) Exception: apologies as in labor law.
In order to participate in the seminar, a presence in the first lecture unit is required! Students who are registered via TISS and do not appear in the first unit are automatically logged off (students move up on the waiting list).
Evaluation:
- minus 1.375 points for each missing signature (presence). At the beginning or end of the seminar.
- Seminar work 1 with max. 10 points
- Written test with max. 50 points
- For admission to seminar paper 2, ≥30 points (≥ 50%) can be achieved after deducting the absence!
- Seminar work 2 (group work) with max. 50 points; the specific topic will be announced after the test.
To complete the seminar positively, all parts must be completed with ≥ 50%! Attention a deduction for absence will be added to the sum of the first seminar paper and test. If the sum of the points is not more than 30 points (≥ 50%) (after deduction of absence), there is no approval for the preparation of the second seminar paper.
With the first entry in the attendance list, the LVA is considered visited, ie. In any case, a certificate will also be issued.
Es handelt sich um eine LVA für fortgeschrittene Studierende. Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Kalkulation und des Vertragsrechts aus den Bachelor Fächern VO Bauwirtschaft und Bauprojektmanagement 1 (LVA Nr. 234.011 bzw. 234.994) und VO Kosten und Terminplanung (LVA Nr. 234.012) werden jedenfalls vorausgesetzt.
Vertiefte Kenntnisse aus den Master Fächern VU Kalkulation und Kostenrechnung (LVA Nr. 234.159), SE Vertragsgestaltung und Vergabemanagement (LVA Nr. 234.165), Nachtragsmanagement (LVA Nr. 234.138) und Bauprojektcontrolling (LVA Nr. 234.170) sind von Vorteil.
