In four theoretical units, the fundamentals relevant for supplement management are dealt with and the contractual and economic effects of changes between actual and target construction are examined. Within the framework of a seminar paper, the students will then apply the acquired knowledge on the basis of practical examples and present the results in the form of supplementary negotiations.
In order to participate in the seminar, attendance at the first lecture unit is required. If registered students do not attend the first lecture session, they will be deregistered from the seminar. Students who are on the waiting list and present will take any places that become available.
