After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

• to create and apply a safety and health plan     
• to develop and implement the document for later work     
• to analyze the workers protection law and the construction worker protection order

On the basis of the below mentioned legal fundamentals, the essential measures for the establishing and the maintenance of safety in handling construction sites, the occupational safety and health, the coordination of safety and health, the coordination of safety measures and the enviroment protection will exemplary interfered. Law on Health and Safety at work (ASchG), Regulation on protection of buildingworkers (BauV), Law on the co-ordination of buildingwork (BauKG), Law on waste management (AWG 2002).
