After successful completion of the course, students are able

• to recognize the spatial effects of the transport system by visiting exemplary projects and
• to grasp the interrelations between the transport systems and the spatial structure.

Participants will experience the spatial effects of transport infrastructures and projects. Discussion with several transport experts will also take place.

Discussion of the connections using concrete, practical examples.

Oral presentation of a sub-topic of the field trip before the trip. Written short report on this sub-topic.
