After successful completion of the course, students are able to identify current problems, particularly with regard to sustainable mobility, and apply methods from different disciplines to analyze these problems.

The seminar deals with current problems from the field of mobility in relation to sustainability. Each semester, the focus is on a specific topic. Guest speakers from different disciplines open up diverse perspectives on the topic and introduce students to different methodologies for analyzing complex sustainability challenges. The technological perspective will be complemented primarily by aspects from the social sciences. The course addresses all fields of study and thus aims at an interdisciplinary composition of students.

In the winter semester 2022, the LVA will be held in German.

The course is based on a mix of presentations, interactive elements online and offline, hands on group work and student presentations.

Grading will be based on students active participation in the seminar and interactive elements, the final assignment and the presentation and assignement work.
