Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to summarise the most important formal requirements of structural design in Austria and Europe. Students are able to describe European and Austrian standards and regulations.

Subject of course

First the formal basics (Eurocodes etc) will be introduced and then more specific aspects of applying norms and guidelines when constructing in Austria will be explained.
