  1. explain the vision and history of  Semantic Web technologies
  2. semantically model a domain of interest with ontologies
  3. apply core web-based semantic representation standards
  4. build a knowledge graph by transforming (structured) data into a semantic representation
  5. store and query knowledge graphs
  6. design and implement semantic applications
