Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to analyse barriers arising from disability. They know the physical background of disabilities, are able to classify them and to identify measures to overcome limitations. They have an understanding of Assistive Technology for support of different forms of disability and in old age and are able to select typical assistive aids.
