Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to

  • to name relevant aspects of logical formalisms,
  • to describe the current research for a chosen topic from the area of logic, and
  • to find relevant literature for a topic from research about logic.

Subject of course

Teaching methods

The students have to

  • perform a literature research for a selected topic,
  • prepare a presentation draft about the chosen topic, and
  • give a presentation of 50min.

The course is held in online form. For the presentations, the BigBlueButton system is used, for which a current browser, a webcam, and a microphone  is required. The preliminary meeting will also be held using this system.
