At the time of planning, it is still unclear which Covid rules will apply in detail. I will therefore handle the pre-meeting via Zoom - that is possible in any case.
If possible, I want to hold the theory part partly as a face-to-face event and partly in distance learning. In any case, the presentations should be held in presence.
The reservation of lecture rooms in SS 2022 is not easy due to a number of necessary rules: The number of participants is only clear after the preliminary meeting and the dates can still change if there are too many collisions with other LVA. Since I have my own seminar room in the 19th district near Linnéplatz, I can offer this room for the face-to-face events. This will make the choice of dates much easier. I plan 3 face-to-face events and about 5 Zoom events, plus presentations in presence. Please consider by the pre-meeting date if you are comfortable with attending face-to-face events in the 19th district.
The same access rules apply for use of the seminar room in the 19th district as at TU.
Further details on the schedule and registration - especially on group formation - at the preliminary meeting. The presentations are group work, ideally groups of 3 people each.
In recent semesters, we have agreed to always hold all theory sessions on the same day of the week. If this arrangement is also desired in the summer semester 2022, my proposal is 8 dates, each on Thursday, 17:00 to 19:30. Other days of the week or times can be arranged at the preliminary meeting. Except for Tuesday and Wednesday, any weekday is possible.
Suggestions for the theory part (blocked): each Thursday 17:00 to 19:30.17.3., 24.3., 31.3., 28.4., 5.5., 12.5., 19.5. and as a reserve date 2.6.
In the preliminary meeting, (further) focal points of the seminar can also be determined together. Possible foci: "Python in the classroom", "Progressive Web Apps". I ask for your suggestions.
The documents for the LVA will be made available via TUWEL.
In the last semesters, the use of Telegram has additionally proven to be useful, especially for requests, discussions and information to be provided quickly. => Registration link . Registrations are possible as of now. Please use a user ID that shows a connection to your name.
Didactical and pedagogical basic knowledge is desired, but in any case interest in these topics. Historical and theoretical background will also be provided. The seminar is intended for anyone who wants or needs to present on topics in computer science, not just active or future teachers.
Presentations will be given as face-to-face sessions (but if not otherwise possible in Distance Learning) on consecutive days in blocks. Suggested dates for the presentations: 8-10/6/2022.
Guideline for the duration of the presentation: 25 minutes per group member.
