The course provides an overview of soft skills and offers a journey through psychological models and methods in targeted and effective interaction with other people (customers, employees, colleagues and superiors)

The course provides an overview about the following topics:

• Motivation: Why is it important to deal with soft skills?
• Mindset and perception
• Personality and personality development
• communication
• Drama Dynamics and Conflict Management
• Teams and group dynamics
• Relaxation and mindfulness
• Meaning and spirituality

What has been learned is tested in 2 case studies.

• Es werden keine Plätze von der Warteliste nachbesetzt, denn der mögliche Ausfall an Personen ist in der freigeschalteten Fixplatzzahl bereits berücksichtigt.
