Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to explain the biotechnological research and application fields of recombinant protein production (including the aspects of used host organisms, strategies and products, therapeutic proteins, vaccines, antibodies and the directed evolution of proteins). In addition, the student can demonstrate key topics of white biotechnology, environmental biotechnology, green biotechnology and secondary metabolite production.
