After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the chemical and physical concepts behind the properties of advanced ceramics and they can discuss what makes a material best suited for certain applications. Moreover, the most important tools for characterization and processing of ceramics can be transferred to real cases.

Teil 1: Absolvierung einer schriftlichen Prüfung (Dauer 2 Stunden), Im WS 2021 online (open book) über TUWEL (inkl. Anmeldung in TUWEL)
Im SS 2022 finden diese Prüfungen in Präsenz statt. Es handelt sich um "Open book-Prüfungen", d.h. die Verwendung des ausgedruckten Skripts, eigener Aufzeichnungen, Bücher, Taschenrechner, etc. ist erlaubt, jedoch kein Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone. NB: Wirklich benötigt werden umfangreichere schriftliche Unterlagen für einen sehr guten Abschluss der Prüfung aber nicht...
