After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand simple chemical processes. Students can discuss basic properties of the elements or derive them from their position in the periodic table, as well as ther applications in industry and technology. Studenst are also able to link chemical and physical problems in the different areas of chemistry and data science, and they will be able to develop skills with software such as Matlab.
