After successful completion of the course, students are able to...

• determine trransfer areas,
• correctly include various line types from the building regulations, and
• prepare a complete division plan in accordance with the Vienna regulations.

The exercises demonstrate how to create a correct subdivision plan according to the Vienna construction decree. The lecture provides the necessary legal aspects. Therefore the exercises are done as homework.

Creation of a plan document including further documentation for a concrete example

The lab sessions will be held in presence. Upon prior notice, individual sessions can be held in distance learning mode if required by the circumstances.
