After successful completion of the course, students are able to use self-coaching as a way to formulate and concretize their own goals and to find and plan an appropriate way to achieve them.
ATTENTION: The course will be held in German only. Good conversational skills in German are thus a mandatory requirement for enrollment.
- Find and concretize a goal- Identify obstacles to achieving the goal- Use resources- Develop and plan an appropriate way to achieve the goal- Notice and celebrate the achievement of goals- Flexibility: when it is necessary to adjust goals
- theory-based impulse lectures- experiential learning- goal-oriented exercises, self-awareness- work individually, in small groups and in the plenum
- Continuous attendance and active participation- Composition of a written reflection paper
Kurzübersicht:
1. Anmeldung in TISS (dies ist noch keine Bestätigung, die Reihenfolge zählt nicht!)2. Abgabe eines kurzen Texts, in dem Sie beschreiben, an welcher persönlichen, beruflichen oder studienbezogenen Herausforderung Sie im Rahmen der LV arbeiten möchten3. Auswahl durch die LV-Leiterin und Bestätigung der Teilnahme bzw. der Reihung auf der Warteliste

ad 2.: Melden Sie sich beim zugehörigen TUWEL-Kurs an und laden Sie dort Ihren Text bis 4.4. hoch. Bitte geben Sie keinen Text ab, wenn Sie nicht die gesamte LV besuchen können, Sie nehmen sonst anderen TeilnehmerInnen den Platz weg.ad 3.: Sie bekommen bis spätestens Mitte April Bescheid, ob Sie für die LV angemeldet sind bzw. welchen Platz auf der Warteliste Sie haben.
