Subject of course

The lecture consist of 2 parts:

1. Theoretical part

  • Creativity (human traits, creativity in teams & organizations)
  • Product, service and process development, design thinking
  • Sustainability aspects in product, service and process development

2. Practical part

  • Working in an international, interdisciplinary and multicultural team
  • Idea generation and development of the idea up to feasibility
  • Implementation of sustainability aspects into the idea and product, service and process development

Additional information

Dr. Hesameidn Ostad worked more than 10 years at TU-Wien in the filed of Ecodesign and sustainable product development. He cooperated with avrious companies and industry branches in Austria in this regard. 2011 he moved to Germany to work in the automotive industry. He developed automotive interior parts and componentes for various german car manufatcurers and had differnt roles as project leader, consulting and management positions. In 2022 he founded SOHE-Technologies and is also its CEO.
