- support students in the beginning of their studies at TU Wien
This lecture is for coordinating purposes of the mentors of the Vice Rectorate for Academic Affairs. If you would like to support the mentoring program by becoming a mentor, please visit our website. Please note however, that currently the mentoring program is only offered for students in Bachelor Programs (hence in German only).
Program introduction by the program management, workshop on group dynamics and group leadership; regular meetings with other mentors and the program management to discuss the individual experience as a mentor
- Participation in the introductury session with the program management
- Participation in the workshop on group dynamics and group leadership (2 workshops, one half day each)
- Regular participation at jour fixe reunions with the program management and the other mentors
- Preparation and carrying out of group meetings with your own group of mentees (8 meetings throughout the semester)
- Organization of 1-2 (social) events with all mentors and mentees
- Participation in the final feedback session with the program management
