After successful completion of the course, students are able to use methods of self-presentation in order to appear confidently in application situations. They have learned practical skills from experts and experienced recruiters and passed a classic application process including video interviews. After completing the talent.program, students will also have experienced everyday work with potential future employers.

The talent program consists of 5 events. First of all, you will take part in a workshop, during which you will receive, among other things, detailed information on the other events of the program and be prepared for them. At the opening event, students and company representatives get to know each other in a structured and modern way through the “chess dialogue”. We can't reveal more about this in advance – but be excited! (Don't worry: you don't have to be able to play chess!)
The course begins with an 8-hour workshop in which the participants are prepared for application situations by experts and experienced recruiters and are given tips on how to conduct interviews. This knowledge is put into practice as part of the chess dialogue, where students meet company representatives. The students then spend 2 days in the company assigned to them and get to know everyday life on site. After a presentation training, the experiences and experiences are presented together by the students in front of the company representatives.

Participation in all communicated dates is a prerequisite for successfully completing the course. At the beginning there is a full-day workshop, followed by a full-day getting to know the assigned companies. As part of the chess dialogue, each student is assigned to a company, whereupon they spend two days in the company. In presentation training, personal appearance and presentations are practiced in small groups. At the end of the semester there is an evening closing event where the students' experiences are exchanged. Upon successful participation, the students receive a certificate and 3 ECTS in soft skills.
For a successful completion of the course (3 ECTS) there is a 100% attendance requirement for all appointments. In a professional selection process like this one, it is very important for us that we make the decision based on comprehensible criteria. If it doesn't work this time, you will have the opportunity to apply again in the next semesters.
