The Talent Program consists of 5 events. Within the initial workshop you will be carefully prepared for the further program and receive all necessary information. During the Opening event students and company representatives will get to know each other in a modern way through our “Chess Dialogue”. You can look forward to an innovative and new format, so much we can tell! And don´t worry, you don´t need to know how to play chess!

The course starts with an eight-hour workshop where the participants will be carefully prepared for job application situations by experts and experienced recruiters and further develop their conversational skills.

During the Opening these skills will then be put into practice within the Chess Dialogue where students and company representatives meet.

After the Opening students will spend two days at the company they are assigned to after the Chess Dialogue and gain insights about the company´s daily routines, job and career perspectives and much more.

During the Closing event all companies and participants come back together to present and share their experience.

Participation in all events is mandatory for the successful completion of the course.

The course starts with an eight-hour workshop followed by the Opening, an full-day event where students will get to know the participating companies. Based on the results of the Chess Dialogue all students will be assigned to one company where she/he will spend two days. In the end of the semester all companies and participants come back together during the Closing event which will take place in the evening to share their experience.

After successful completion students will receive a certificate and 3 ECTS points in the Transferable Skills.

For a successful completion of the course (3 ECTS), a 100% attendance spflicht at all appointments applies. It is very important for us in a professional selection process like this that we make the decision based on comprehensible criteria. If you still do not succeed, you will have the opportunity to apply again in the next semesters.
