10x 1:1 Mentor-Mentee Meetings & preparation for those gatherings (on average 2x/month for 5 months; in-person or virtually; average duration incl. preparation time 3 hours)

2x Virtual Check-In with Peer2Peer DOC Program Team (average duration incl. preparation time 2.5 hours)

4x Virtual “Mentors Get-Together” (average duration incl. preparation time 2.5 hours)

Examination modalities

After completion of the entire program, as well as submission of mentor documentation and feedback, a certificate of 3 ECTS (Transferable Skills Catalog / Social Competence) is issued to mentors. Additionally, mentors will receive a confirmation of participation from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs. The dean responsible for each mentors’ PhD studies decides on the applicability of these ECTS as a social skill as part of your curriculum’s requirements.
