• to inform themselves about current e-learning tools and to select them for their training needs.
• to distinguish different tasks, competences and roles of e-tutors.

• knowledge of various fields of e-tutoring
• qualifications profile of e-tutors
• different roles of e-tutors within various organization structures
• online communication in e-tutoring
• introduction to Moodle/TUWEL
